Events outside our control
We are not responsible for failure or delay in the performance
of any of our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable
control (Force Majeure). Force majeure includes any action,
event, contingency, omission or accident beyond our reasonable
control and includes, but is not limited to, (without
restriction) strikes, lock-outs or lockdowns, a pandemic, civil
disorders, disorders, invasion, terrorist attacks or threat of
terrorist attack, war (declared or not) or threat or preparation
for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence,
epidemic or other natural disaster, impossibility of using
railways, shipping, aircraft, motor vehicles or other means of
public or private transport, impossibility of using public or
private telecommunications networks, as well as acts, decrees,
laws, regulations or restrictions of any government. It is
considered that our activities in accordance with these Terms
are suspended for the period of Force Majeure and we will have
an extension of the period to be fulfilled during this period.
We will make every reasonable effort to complete Force Majeure
or to find a solution by which our obligations under the
contract can be fulfilled despite Force Majeure.
